Great place, just as advertised only better. Two amazing restaurants within walking distance — as well as beautiful Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens and Belmont golf course. And easily accessible to other parts of Richmond. Carolyn was super-helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again. And again.

This place was perfect! We are house hunting in RVA and it was the ideal location....close to just about everything. Highly recommend this Super Host. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was extremely clean and well put together. Super comfy beds too! Can't say enough good things.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Carolyn's impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and highly styled Lakeside home. Every detail and item we could have needed was accounted for - coffee, filters, seasonings, iron/ironing board, shampoo & conditioner, washing detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Carolyn is an exceptional host who is very responsive and professional.
